Issues resolved in FliteBrief 1.24.1

The following issues were resolved in version 1.24.1 of FliteBrief.

• FliteBrief now correctly generates charts for Extended-range Twin-engine Operations Performance Standards (ETOPS) flights and includes the charts as sector attachments.
• When an Operational Flight Plan (OFP) is updated before the sector is downloaded, FliteBrief now correctly displays the updated OFP instead of the original OFP.
