Enhanced PDF Briefing Pack

Several enhancements have been made to the information available in the PDF Briefing Pack.

Updated font in RAIM Outages report

The font family and size in the RAIM Outages report is now updated to match the font family and size in the PDF Briefing Pack.

FliteBrief administrators can now select FIRs that they want to exclude from the PDF Briefing Pack.

Note: Excluded FIRs aren't shown in FliteFolder EFB.
